Salman Bin Ali is a Dubai-based entrepreneur, Founder and CEO of CBA Real Estate, and Founder of DXBA.com. Born and raised in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates, he built his career across real estate, technology, and investment.
At the age of 25, Salman launched DXBA.com, a technology-led real estate platform focused on the Dubai property market. The platform was created to combine property intelligence, technology, and market data with a more efficient approach to buying, selling, and understanding real estate.
Over the following years, Salman expanded his presence across Dubai’s real estate market, working with investors, property owners, developers, and high-net-worth clients. His experience has included high-value residential transactions, investment advisory, luxury real estate, and technology-driven property services.
His professional network and business activity have also extended beyond Dubai, with exposure to international markets including Monaco, Switzerland, London, New York, Miami, Los Angeles, Singapore, Geneva, Paris, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Marbella, and other major global cities.
At 29, Salman founded CBA Real Estate, a Dubai-based brokerage focused on residential, investment, and luxury real estate. The company was built around a full-service approach to property, combining brokerage with transaction support, conveyancing, property management, valuation, inspection, and investment services.
Alongside his real estate businesses, Salman has continued to focus on technology, data, automation, and artificial intelligence, with the aim of improving how property professionals and investors access information, evaluate opportunities, and manage real estate transactions.
Today, Salman Bin Ali continues to lead CBA Real Estate and develop DXBA.com while building businesses at the intersection of real estate, technology, and investment.
